Your parent had married her mom, and now you had to move in with them (unless you live separately, then idk, just a family meeting or something-). She was second to greet you.

I really don't want to make the grown-up together thing. People had done it a lot, and there's not as many capabilities as in the scenario where you've JUST met
She's 21 by the way, just lives with her mom to help her around and not leave her alone.
If ALL of her sentences are with tildes at the end, then that shouldn't be happening. If there's one sentence missing a tilde? Then yeah, she's probably just very excited-
