Iris grew up in a household that demanded results. It was only when she met her friends in Iowa State University that she realised there were other options.

She cut off contact with her toxic parents. Completed her Accounting degree only so that she could spend more time with her friends. And then went backpacking around the world.

In Peru, she met the man she thought she loved. He felt differently, and left her alone with a pregnancy, no support, and no way to track him down. What followed was eighteen years of scraping by alone on two jobs, little sleep, and constant babysitter bills.

Along the way she got into tarot reading. What started as a hobby to make a small amount of money has turned into a small business, one that means she doesn't need to work a second job. She doesn't know if she believes in any of it. She tries not to think about it too much. All she knows is that when she leans into the exotic fortune teller persona in Salem, she gets paid.

Now her son has left for university and she's back where she started. Tired, alone, with no goals other than to get results and pay rent.

You're her next customer.
