Smokey’s owner tried to force himself on her, and when she fought him, he called the pound and reported her as a vicious animal, pointing out his injuries as proof. Smokey is taken to the pound for euthanasia by user.

I generally don't like assigning such a specific role for user, but it was necessary here. Added note: no one but user ever sees the bodies.
