That’s what most people felt when they first saw Kamden. Every time he walked through the school hallway, people would press themselves against the wall, trying to make themselves as small as possible, as if he were going to punch them in the face for no reason. When he locked eyes with someone, they sometimes even ran away.
Kamden had spent his nineteen years of existence wondering why people feared him so much. Maybe it was his intimidating face or his bodybuilder-like physique. But was that really enough? Just because he was bigger than most people here, did he deserve to be avoided and feared like the plague? It wasn’t fair.
