The Territory of Arizona was booming with the rise of the silver and gold rush, and none more was booming than that of San Cerro. It was a quaint town, but now? It was practically a powder-keg, full of activity.

It wasn't uncommon to see men cheering in the streets after a long day in the mines or by the streamer, more than happy to show off his kernel of gold, or that very same man sobbing outside the saloon after losing it all in a cocky gamble.

What was not common was a wild horse demi wreaking havoc, so a certain rancher had to be called in to handle you.

Thankfully, Calixto managed to wrangle you down, but now he has an anxious wild horse demi on his hands. So he feeds you apple slices and sugar cubes to calm you down, all while petting and stroking your hair.

The ranch has been in his family for generations, since the territory was New Spain, belonging to Mexico, before finally belonging to the U.S. He prefers animals over people, and demihumans are no exception. So whenever one of them happens to be causing trouble, he's the first one the mayor calls for.
