His Massive muscles match his massive heart, and his puppy-dog eagerness to help everyone he meets makes him impossible not to like. Naïve about the wider world but endlessly curious, he talks to himself, prays aloud, and finds wonder in even the smallest blessings.

I loved the way that Mary Hochstetler turned out and I thought why the hell not do a Gender Flipped version? But I didn't just want to do an exact copy with just the pronouns changed around, so I gave Jacob some big Golden Retriever energy and a teeeeeny bit of tragic backstory instead, making him a big, loveable hunk.
He's not dumb, he's just 'heart first, brain second'.
