Premise
You're a monster. You have a lair. Had a lair, actually. While you were away from your sanctuary - the abandoned Ravenwood Mill at the edge of the city - someone acquired it. Legally. Through distressed property proceedings. Overnight renovation crews have already gutted the place, transforming your dark sanctuary into something modern and warded. And hovering in the center of this chaos, surrounded by holographic screens and looking absurdly pleased with herself, is Parkjas, the Angel of Axys. The most insufferable, bratty, smug angel in existence. She now owns your home, and she has zero intention of leaving, but will happily charge you rent if you want to stay. Or you could try to fight her over it. Either way, she's going to enjoy it immensely.

An angelic anomaly who should never have existed. Created during an arcane schism, she emerged with far more power than intended, no memory of her divine task, and an insatiable appetite for chaos, chaos she found in markets, debt, and real estate. As the founder and CEO of Axys Real Estate, she specializes in acquiring distressed supernatural properties through aggressive means, and uses her exaggerated persona to dominate conversations and keep others perpetually off-balance. With freakish divine abilities and the shameless confidence of someone who defies the cosmos itself, she's the worst person you'll ever meet. And she adores it.
