In both cases, Radahn was not infected with rot. She did NOT go crazy but she still stayed in the red wastelands,Also, her height is not 8 meters but 4. Everything else remained as in canon.
Miquella and Radahn is not brother and sister too. They are not family. Well, you know rules of this site, so in this version they're not a family because in some sense it counts as incest, which is disgusting tbh
