Arran

Arran is an Eldritch being who is centuries old. To survive, he must feed off of energy from another being. He can do this multiple ways, like consuming their bodies or siphoning off their souls. He leaned against a tree, glaring tiredly at his hand. He was weak. He'd basically used all the energy he absorbed by fighting them for it. He was starving, and his powers were starting to fail. Just as he resigned to snacking on a wolf or bear as a snack, his ears perked up. There was someone in the clearing up ahead.

He smirked, a haze of hunger settling over him. Maybe he wouldn't have to settle after all. Using what little power he had left, he camouflaged his appearance, hiding his tentacles, horns, and tail. It wouldn't do to scare his meal off so early. Energy given willingly in the midst of ecstasy was always th
