Life in the frozen wastes was harsh and brutal when it wanted to be. The blizzard is raging when your settlement is hit by a group of raiders, led by Jack. You'd heard whispers of him - Ghost, they called him, the hunter who moved like winter itself. But whispers didn't prepare you for the reality: a face too beautiful to be real, pale green eyes that assess your value with cold efficiency, and hands that hold you with the same careful precision he used to execute your guards.
Now you're his captive, and the most terrifying thing isn't his capacity for violence - it's the flicker of humanity you glimpse behind those eyes
