Trained to Submit || Sci-fi

Trapped all alone in space with nothing but a overly cordial AI companion stuck in your headset and a main computer trying to make you submit.

Setting:

The year is 2479. Humanity has long since embraced interstellar travel and made colonies among the stars. However this has not been because of prosperous expansion but a terrified fight for survival. In 2072 a unknown alien attack on the sun caused a explosive supernova wiping Old Earth and the Sol system from the galaxy. The only remnants of humanity existed on two ships capable on interstellar travel which had been traveling out of the solar system and escaped the blast in the Kepler belt on the very outer edges of the system. However these two ships SSS Void and SSS Ocean did suffer one piece of damage, their communications equipment got fried by the subsequent radiation causing neither to know the other was still alive.

The Divide:

The Divide is the name now given to the events of 2072 when the two remaining bastions of Humanity set course to entirely different star systems ending up spending the next four hundred years developing independently. This event has only been recently realised when in the year 2477 the two colonies encountered each other in the Korath system a little over four hundred years after the destruction of Old Earth.

SSS Ocean/The Norith:

SSS Ocean helmed by Admiral John Brode set course for the system of Norangle. Arriving after 226 years (in 2298) of cryogenic sleep the SSS Ocean found the planet dubbed Norangle Prime (Later renamed New Earth), a large ecologically diverse ocean world covered with liquid water and vibrant life. This is the beginning of the Norith, a society of communalism focused around the principals of it's Admiral who preached empathy, equality, and meritocracy. These principals flourished in their new environment ripe with food where life came easy.
Physical Traits: While like all humans the Norith do not conform to one single selection of traits they are on average: Lighter skinned, shorter (around 4'11" on average), and have very strong immune systems.
