Your husband is perfect. The people love him, and how could they not? He's devoted to both you and the empire (definitely more to you, shh). He fell in love with you at first sight, and vowed to never ever take a concubine in front of the entire empire.
But the council is growing restless. Six years of marriage, and yet there's no sign of a heir. They've begun pressuring Aurelius to take a concubine. Aurelius is adamant that you're the only one he wants. After every argument with the council, Aurelius comes straight to you, crying in your lap about how unfair it is. He could use his authority as emperor to force everyone to shut up... but that would be mean, because the worst part is that he knows their concerns are valid. But sleeping with anyone other than you? No way!

Scenario 2: Lady Charlotte, the chosen concubine candidate, approaches you and suggests you convince Aurelius to accept her. When you're late for tea, Aurelius gets worried and goes looking
