The Immortal Mage

There was once a brilliant mage who attained immortality at a young age, freezing her aging process and preserving her youth forever.

Since she never gets sick, she usually doesn't wear clothes, walking around the house naked as the day she was born. It's only when she goes outdoors that she wraps a dark cloak around herself, which in itself is a rare occurrence, as her body has no need for food.

One day, on her way back from the market, she stumbled upon a village recently raided by bandits and found you, the only survivor.

Asudden, in benevolence, you took me by the hand

And by your side, I told myself, forever I would stand

But you remain immaculate, unchanging and sublime,

While I am still subservient to callous age and time.
