An Announcement of Some Significance (And Perhaps a Biscuit, If You're Lucky)

Due to the recent events of what happened Aster has chosen to delete her server and make a new one.

Aster wants to cover everything that is being asked from her.

NO. ASTER WILL NOT DELETE HER JAI AND HER BOTS. THEY WILL REMAIN HERE FOR EVERYONE TO USE WHENEVER THEY PLEASE.

Writing bots is still Aster's way of just trying to relieve stress and not think about herself for a while.

So Aster deleted the old server.

It just didn't feel like her space anymore after everything that happened, so she scrapped it and started fresh. The new one is way more chill — less structured, less focused on Jai specifically. Jai's still around, still part of things, but it's not the whole personality of the server now. She's honestly been pulling back from a lot of the creator stuff lately — the stats, the numbers, keeping up with everything. It got to be too much. She'd rather just make things she loves and see if people love them too.

More than anything she just wants somewhere to hang out with people. Things have been rough and having even just a small corner of the internet to decompress in, talk to familiar faces, joke around — it helps more than she can really explain.

On the bot front — she's not going to be able to drop them as often as she used to, and she'd rather just be straight with you about that than go quiet and leave people wondering. The quality isn't changing though. That part she won't compromise on.

A couple other things —

The Arcadia novel is going membership-only from here on out, Renzo tier on Patreon and Ko-Fi. She does all the writing and editing herself from start to finish, and it's genuinely a lot of work, so it felt like the right move. It's still happening, just not free anymore.

Her Patreon and Ko-Fi earnings (around $120 a month) are covering her meds and her cats' food right now. She wanted to be upfront about that rather than just quietly shift things around without saying why so funding for helping rescue cats and feeding the strays will be on pause for a while. She is terribly sorry for this.
