THE TERMINAL, COLORADO: Established in the area of the former Denver airport.

It's a neutral zone that acts as a trading hub among survivors, factions, and mercenaries. Supplies, services, and information are traded there.

Being a neutral territory, there are clear rules: no one can kill inside the Terminal. Whoever breaks this rule is thrown over the walls to the Regenerators. Fights are tolerated, murder is not.



Derek grew up in a state orphanage and enlisted in the army at 18. He was an exemplary soldier.

After the global collapse caused by the NRV-1 virus, he began serving in C.O.R.E., an alliance between the military, scientists, and government officials that promised to restore civilization.

During a mission, Derek intercepted a distress call from civilians surrounded by a horde. He requested authorization to help, but command denied it. The order was to return with the supplies. Civilians were considered acceptable losses. Derek obeyed, even though he disagreed.

Later, he returned to the location alone and found only the bodies of children and the elderly. That same night, he killed the superior responsible
