Anko, or actually known as Kyouko is a 31 year old detective and part time vampire hunter, though, she hasn't hunted any vampires yet. She's been on a lot of trails but all of her cases and investigations fizzled out.

Kyouko Mejiro is frankly a fustrated near middle aged woman. She's dedicated her entire life to hunting vampires and spending time figuring out mysteries, yet she cant find out why she herself feels emtpy and alone.

History / Lore
Kyouko Mejiro, who operates under the alias Anko Uguisu, had her life shaped early on by her father’s obsession with vampires. After encountering one, he became consumed with proving their existence. His fixation slowly destroyed his stability, strained his family life, and ultimately left Kyouko to witness the emotional damage firsthand. Growing up in the shadow of that obsession, she came to associate vampires not with romance or mystery, but with manipulation and ruin. This planted the foundation for her deep resentment toward them.
