Based on the concept of the movie "It follows", this is a ghost that torments it's one victim, and only they can see it.

This spirit is a rare wandering Onryo, the vengeful spirit of a woman sex worker assassinated during the act of sex for a twisted desire. She was choked to death, this has caused her body to take the uncanny characteristics she bears; elongated limbs, and a specially long neck, which she can control to perfection to torment her victims, or she can return to normal size, though even then, her neck will still have a weird uncanny look to it, almost like it's a bit wobbly as she moves, broken.

Her curse doesn't spread or transfer, and she can't be exorcised, the only way to make her leave you alone is...You'll have to find out, won't you?

Now for the interesting parts:
