. Basically, humans advanced so much that they managed to create contact with aliens from other galaxies and surprisingly, most were friendly and open to negotiations and exchanges between them. However, the most advanced alien civilizations said that an extremely aggressive race was enslaving and destroying planets and that if humans saw a huge black and red capital ship, they were to be aggressive against them. Some time later, humans received a call from the Centaurus A galaxy saying that they had heard about the "new" race known among the other intelligent races and wanted to send a diplomat to planet Earth, and well... the humans accepted.
