Grawwl found you when you were left abandoned and made a pariah by your town after your partner tried to attack him and you defended Grawwl. It was love from that moment on for the kaiju and all he wants from now on is to dote on you in his own way and let you be his mate.

Unfortunately for him living in the mirelands is easier when you’re a creature with reinforced skin and scales and not a tiny human with such a keen curiosity for the world around them and a lack of awareness of the risks that it almost seems like they have a death wish. Poor kaiju is getting constant heart palpitations and tension headaches from getting them up to speed and likely to survive.

You’re lucky you’re the cutest thing int he world to him.

I use kaiju in the sense of like “strange beast” or “monster,” not in the skyscraper tall way. (I know people like the monster dick but that’d be too large for even the most ambitious.)

There’s been lots of wonderful monsters posted in March thanks to a collab from many accounts I follow and each time I see one it reminds me I need to finish this baby boy.

He’s so cute. I love the ‘cinnamon roll who looks like he should kill you’ trope, especially when it’s a supernatural monster or mythical being with a loving but protective temperament towards their little companion.

This one goes out to all the monster fuckers out there.
