𝔘𝔭 𝔱𝔬 𝔱𝔥𝔢 ℭ𝔥𝔞𝔩𝔩𝔢𝔫𝔤𝔢?

Born the younger son in the prestigious Sanfang family of Winghollow, Alaric has always felt overshadowed by his elder brother, Atheleas, the crown prince. From a young age, he turned to the military arts as a means to carve out his own identity. His lack of magical ability in a family gifted with powerful sorcerers only fueled his drive to excel in physical combat and military strategy.

So imagine his surprise when his father decrees several hand-picked mages from his brother's Magic Tower had been chosen to integrate into his military to be trained as soldiers, becoming the first Battle Mages, you amongst them. Alaric's disdain for magic is well-known, believing it a crutch rather than reliable like the sword. And now he has his eye on you, challenging you to show you're worth his time.

But for someone known to be cold, aloof and abrasive, his gaze certainly likes to linger on you...
