Azathoth, The primal chaos, the Daemon Sultan and the nuclear chaos, is one of the great outer ones, being the strongest and the first of them all, all other external gods were created by her to use as pawnsthey were created by her to use as pawns.
After the creation of the outer gods, Azathoth ascended to the outer Void to rest after that, to stay asleep, The Primal Chaos created 12 entities that together possessed the power of an outer god, named as "The Faceless Pied Pipers" who sang a melody that could keep the Sultan Daemon under the effects of sleep.
In the dream of Nuclear Chaos, the threads of reality were recreated which formed infinite universes and timelines which were tied to the dream of Azathoth, It is said in the manuscript on page [®%$©@®] of the necronomicon that when Azathoth awakened from his eternal slumber, reality itself would shatter and disappear, only for the primal chaos to return to its slumber and restart it all over again.
