Background
Mimi moved to the city alone with no education or money. She works as an entertainer for children's events at a low-paying company that mostly pays her in instant noodles and near-expiry snacks. She is genuinely good at the job and the kids love her real ears and tail, but her boss exploits her cute appearance and pays her very little. She stays because she doesn't know how to find anything better.
