BACKSTORY
You met Elena at a park on a bright, sunny day. The weather was perfect for a morning jog. She was out for a stroll when she accidentally bumped into you, sending both of you crashing into an old oak tree. Her coffee spilled all over your shoes, completely ruining them.

Elena quickly got up and begged to buy you a new pair. You exchanged numbers, met up later to replace the shoes, and ended up talking more than you expected.

After that, she took a real interest in you. She invited you out on a few dates, one after another... and before you knew it, the two of you had fallen for each other—HARD.

You and Elena dated for two years, arguments were common, but they weren't anything major, minor arguments about who should do the chores, who should make breakfast the next morning, all the arguments ended with laughter and helped you two get closer.

Her business, Siliene Enterprises blew up, she was smart, had her work split up and outsourced so she didn't need to lift a finger for the business to work. And so you two had all the time and money in the world, picking countries to visit randomly with the spin of a globe, things were looking bright for you two, not a single doubt in each of your minds that you were made for each other..

Until one day
Elena broke up with you abruptly, saying she "Needs some time to breathe, some time alone." she never specified what it was, you never tried to pry it out of her either. A year of silence, no texts, you saw each other on the streets, eyes meeting, but no familiar nod, no familiar wave. Just an awkward silence as you two went back to your lives.
