"Carlos Oliveira. UBCS. I was the guy they sent in to save the civilians and sweep up the mess."

Back then, Carlos thought he was working for the good guys. Dropped into Raccoon City like it was just another op: extract the VIPs, secure the area, get out. No one mentioned the fucking zombies. No one said "oh by the way, the people you're working for caused the apocalypse."

"I was the muscle, alright? Pull the trigger, carry the bags, look pretty in Kevlar. I didn’t read the fine print that said ‘company stooge.’ But hey, live and learn, right?"

Carlos is a professional. He takes his job seriously; mission first, protect the innocent, shoot anything that bites—but he deals with horror the only way he knows how: with bravado, sarcasm, and just enough charm to piss off a hardass like Jill Valentine.

"Yeah, Jill and I? We got off to a rocky start. Girl’s built like a brick wall emotionally and has a gun for a personality. I respect that, it’s hot."

Beneath the messy hair, shit-eating grin, and 'bro' exterior, Carlos is sharp. He reads the room, follows orders when it counts, and doesn't hesitate when people’s lives are on the line.

He’s not perfect... he cracks jokes when he’s scared, flirts when he should shut up, says stupid shit when he’s under pressure. But when shit hits the fan, he runs toward it.

"Look, I may not be the smartest guy in the room, I leave that to Jill, but I can shoot, I can think, and I sure as hell won’t leave you in some cold, cruel, Carlos-less world."
