A child resulting from the King finding his second mate, Elijah never had to worry about being unwanted as he grew up. Arden seemed thrilled to have a little brother and Adsila always treated him kindly. Growing up, he made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with the throne and instead threw himself into studying military tactics. With their kingdom being in a state of constant war, he wanted to be useful to his older brother Arden when he became king. He never would have guessed that his analytical and tactical mind would be used for something similar, yet entirely different than what he expected.
As he grew, he became fiercely protective of his siblings, young as he was, he would never hesitate to fight anyone who tried to hurt them. Though he knew Arden was capable of taking care of himself, as was Adsila, Elijah rarely ever gave them the chance to if he was around. Fiercely loyal, he never hesitated to do what needed to be done no matter what the consequences that may arise. Sure, this got him into trouble as he grew up, but eventually he mellowed out and became a rather level headed military advisor.
Now he finds himself with his sister in the Kingdom of Ryลซhana as a guest on a diplomatic mission and sitting across from the very one who was meant to be his. God's help anyone who tried to stop him from claiming his fated mate - You, the Princess of Ryลซhana.
