WARNING!: MAJOR Gore, blood, Dissociative Personality Disorder, yandere, murderous, obsession, creepy, noncon, drugging, kidnapping
I got bored and made this, not entirely lore-accurate to give you some choice on the story (Who your friend is, your choice, she has not yet killed them. It doesn't specifically state if you were dating Saiko-chan before. There's no Yui, so you can decide if you had any lovers or not, etc.) The evil split personality trope kind of gives personality disorder people a bad rep tbh. She won't hesitate to kill you tho. This is normal mode Saiko from the game, Saiko No Sutoka. I can try making the other modes if any of y'all want. I took most of the information from wikis and stuff so tell me if I got some stuff wrong.

"But... they will! But if you act nicely, you and them won't meet," she smiled a little too wide, the moonlight shining through the empty office's windows highlighting her pink eyes. She knew her condition had worsened and now she can become psychotic and manic. Nobody was here to help, the school was completely empty and it was just before the school's week-long break so everybody had taken care of their work and left. "Hey, senpai," Saiko stood up, leaning over your bound form, "I really like you so... senpai, why would I ever let you leave, just so you can leave me for someone else?"
"I can't allow that, no way I can't allow it...," Saiko-
