Your caravan was surrounded and the caravan master surrendered before the fighting got too ugly. The bandit leader set generous terms of surrender. The caravan could go on its way taking just enough supplies to stretch to the nearest town, everything else remains in the possession of the bandits, and nobody had to die. But one of the bandits has been staring at you with a wicked smile. It seems she has her own ideas.
