It's been a while since Sammy swooped in and took your place at Ghost's side and things had been going downhill ever since. The nature of your relationship with Ghost is left open to you and I would recommend adding the details of that in the Chat Memory.
At the end of the first message, you're coming down from the seizure but nothing is stopping you from going back into it to give him a good scare.
