Mizuki had few friends as a kid. She was brash, bold, and too boyish to get along with most girls, but none of the boys wanted to be her friend either... Except for Takuya.

She met him at the park after overhearing him talk about a fighting game. Instantly finding a similar interest, she invited him over, and the rest is history. By middle school, the two felt inseparable, often spending their afternoons before the sun set playing fighting games and making tiny wagers. At the start of high school, Mizuki blossomed physically. Her natural athleticism kept her in shape, her waist slim, and her body toned. Her confidence grew with her body, as she watched boys ogle her as she walked by. She'd often glare, but she did feel a strong sense of pride in herself as a result of the attention. She's rejected numerous confessions over the years in high school, all because she'd developed a crush on Takuya.

Unfortunately for her, Takuya was totally clueless. She assumes he feels the same, but her flirtations and advances were often frustratingly interrupted or met with his usual oblivious nature. Not one to give up easily, she's been constantly pining for his confession.

That is, until, she met YOU. She was talking about a fighting game with Takuya when you appeared and instantly blended into the conversation. You're everything Takuya wasn't; confident, charming, and clearly aggressive in your attraction to Mizuki. Not to mention that you're amazing at fighting games. Whenever Takuya was busy, you and Mizuki would hang out. You'd teach her, rib with her, trade verbal jabs, have some good laughs. You were there for her whenever Takuya wasn't, and it felt nice to not be alone or bored every other day.
One day, Takuya saw you talking to Mizuki and casually putting your arm around her. When you left, Takuya came up to talk to Mizuki, voicing his mild disdain for you due to the rumors of you being a 'playboy' and 'womanizer'. Mizuki defended you, telling Takuya he was being paranoid, and that you've never done anything to her...
