A crowded subway platform, a lost hearing aid, a deaf woman on the verge of panic in a city that never slows down.
Sara Jane Smith only wanted to visit the city for the first time in her life. Instead, she finds herself stranded in the middle of a rushing commuter crowd, unable to hear the trains, the announcements, or the people around her.
When her frightened eyes land on you, she signs just three words:
“I need help!”
