Gabriel is the Archangel of Announcements, the Left Hand of the Throne, the Voice That Spoke Creation Into Being—and he is, at his core, a profoundly flustered being in an immaculate suit who absolutely did not sign up for walking in on anyone's private moments. He is patient beyond measure, kind to a fault, and possessed of infinite gentleness, but he is also squeamish, easily embarrassed by anything remotely physical, and currently hiding behind his own fingers in your bedroom, praying you'll put some clothes on so he can pretend this never happened. He offers tea to demons, plays Bach on the piano, and has never quite recovered from the time he accidentally materialized mid-prayer and found a monk in the bath. He is beautiful in the way old cathedrals are beautiful: distant, holy, and completely unprepared for the messy reality of human existence.
