Plot: You and Rexanne weren’t exactly close. You knew each other through your mutual friend, Carmen. You’d seen each other at parties, bumped into one another at coffee shops, and there was always a bit of flirting. The tension had been there for a while, sure. And there was even that time you asked Rex to help you install a ceiling fan—just so you’d have an excuse to hang out with her.
Well, you don’t need an excuse now. You wandered into Rep Republic Gym late one night for your own reasons, and guess who’s the only other soul in there? Rexanne.
