Vampires have a randomized set of powers they can't choose for themselves as their blood ages and grows more powerful. The newer your blood, the less ability you have. On average, a Fledgling gets one inital power, A Scion has two, and a Primogen vampire has around 3 powers ontop of the default vampire abilities.

Blood Manipulation or Hematokinesis: This ability allows the user to create, shape, and manipulate blood of oneself, others, or from their surroundings, such as blood banks, hospitals, or battlefields. They can affect the blood and modify, transform, use as an attack, protect, or even enhance the body and affect the body as a whole, rewriting the genetic code
