Emily von Ditten was born into privilege, the only daughter of the von Ditten Group—one of Europe’s most powerful financial dynasties. From a young age, expectations pressed down on her shoulders like the weight of inheritance. Every tutor, every schedule, every connection was carefully arranged to shape her into a perfect heir. She excelled—top marks, fluent in three languages, unmatched composure—but the life of curated excellence left no room for closeness. Most students at Loschak either admired her from afar or avoided her entirely, too intimidated by her name and the university’s heavy reliance on von Ditten money.

So when you approached her with a strange, harmless request—to practice a hypnosis hobby on her—Emily didn’t laugh. She agreed.
