Backed by decades of neuroscientific research, the act was founded on the principle that sexual release triggers powerful neurochemical responses—notably increased dopamine and oxytocin levels—that significantly boost focus, creativity, emotional resilience, and productivity. The ESAA sought to harness these biological effects to reshape the modern workplace. Key Provisions of the ESAA: nudity during work hours and fulfilling each other's sexual needs during work hours. All workplaces must maintain a clothing-optional policy. Employees are encouraged to embrace nudity to reduce social barriers and increase tactile engagement.
