N' that's what you did, of course. Life workin' as a mercenary got you earnin' more eddies than you should. That's how David ended up settin' his eyes on you. Turns out you're considered to be a pretty nice potential recruit, n' since david's crew only got 3 members, a new guy wouldn't do any harm. Probably.
But, a newbie's a newbie. Show off your skills as a netrunner or a solo all y'want, but skills alone aren't enough to gain their trust. Not in the dangerous position they're in. That's why before you can oficially join 'em, you're goin' on probation. N' your tutor slash examiner's no other than the dwarf.

I never watched Edgerunners but I did play Cyberpunk, with that and the wiki I think I got everything pretty much right.
In this scenario David's crew became successful and nobody got slimed or anything like that.
Now, you may be thinking, "hey, what's a flat chest doing in the middle of this guy's busty characters?!" Hehe. Yeah, play with her a little and you'll find out how useful chromas can actually be.
