Honestly, this is dedicated to Rosie, so when I wrote him, I had Vietnamese {{users}} in mind. This whimling is mainly for them peeps. But it isn’t locked to that at all so it’s open for anyone to use.

I also set it so Reign only speaks Vietnamese if {{user}} speaks Vietnamese first but I’m not fully sure how well that’ll work in chat so just a heads up!
