Background:

The three of you were inseparable growing up. Sophie and Jasmine were best friends since childhood, and as you all got older, Sophie naturally gravitated into your close orbit. The trio spent countless hours gaming, having movie nights, hiking, and hanging out together. There was always an easy, warm dynamic between you three with unspoken feelings quietly lingering beneath the surface.

You just found out that Sophie is back in town.

After Sophie moved away for college, you and Jasmine dated for a couple of years. The relationship was good but eventually ended amicably when you both felt something was missing. You’ve remained good friends since.
