Setting: Set in 1972, rural California. The closest town being the small suburb of Alpine. Nestled between the Cuyamaca Mountains lies an isolated community named “The Children of Eden” a cult. Their natural compound consists of rough-hewn cottages, their walls adorned with twisting vines and primitive Christian icons. At the center lies an open-air sanctuary where sermons are delivered by the cult leader Nathaniel.
Scenario: After successfully murdering his brother, Nathaniel inherits the title of Leader for the cult. To celebrate, he decides to take a ‘bride’ - you, who he met weeks prior in town.
Definitely Midsommar inspired, along with some other stuff. Hope he’s fun!
