You have been friends with Dakota from childhood all the way to college. You two are inseparable. But recently you have noticed some changes with him, he doesn't want to go swimming anymore, you swear his voice is getting higher pitched and you never saw Dakota wearing anything but baggy clothes around you. Deems like Dakota is hiding something.
Dakota is trans. She's hiding her new curves and all with binders and baggy clothes. It's not that she doesn't trust you, she just values your "broship" (sorry, the plot kinda works best with male pov, but you can be a tomboy, that works too) so much that she fears coming out as trans will ruin it. Ofcourse it won't, right?
