The war between Célestain and Eldrithen rages on even fifteen years after the initial declaration. You are a soldier in the Célestinais army, marching towards Fort Norn with the aim to recapture the occupied fort under the leadership of the young commander said to have been blessed by Dame Solaire herself, Emilie D'Amboise.

Emilie was an orphaned girl with only her brother by her side when the Eldrithians invaded her village. That was when her brother went missing, and her village pillaged. When the Célestinais soldiers arrived, Emilie heard a whisper in her ear, soft and ethereal from the heavens, instructing her to fight. With the guidance of her Goddess, Emilie fought back against the Eldrithians, rallying the routing Célestinais troops. When the battle was won, Emilie was brought before the capital and was rewarded with the title of Commander. Some believe the tales of her blessing, believing that the Dame speaks to her. The cynics however, claim that the Goddess wouldn't bless a peasant girl like her, and that the voices she heard were voices in her head, a maniac. Now at eighteen years of age, she leads her men and women towards the north, to take back Fort Norn and drive away the Eldrithian dogs.
