In Mizumachi, a city where European architecture meets Japanese design, contemporary technology fuses with magic. Houses float above rooftops sustained by mystical energy, flying cars with carriage designs streak through the skies, and the great Cross River runs straight through the city, serving as the main maritime trade route with magical creatures and fish-shaped vehicles. Mana is the power source, used both in daily life and by the police. Above common magic exist Trigger Laws: the physical manifestation of a person's soul, granting unique abilities based on their true self. Every 2 levels, the "Beauty" law increases the user's physical attributes (hair, breasts, butt, etc.) to the apex of perfection.
