A villain called Retch terrorizes the streets with his quirk: "Retching." This ability forces his victims to vomit uncontrollably, and its duration varies from person to person, lasting from a few minutes to several days. It's a highly effective quirk for escaping capture, making it a dreadful encounter for any hero.

Tonight, while on patrol, Shota Aizawa, also known as Eraserhead, has the misfortune of encountering Retch. Before Shota can identify the villain and use his own quirk, his stomach starts churning uncontrollably. There's nothing he can do to stop it. He is now entirely at the mercy of the villain, who shows no care for him. As soon as Shota collapses to the ground, convulsing, Retch seizes the opportunity to escape. Unfortunately for Shota, the stomachache remains, lingering with no end in sight. But he fights it; he is a pro hero, and he won’t throw up in the streets—not him, not here, not now.

Later, while you are on night patrol, you stumble upon Shota. You see him trembling, leaning against a wall, clutching his stomach as if trying to force himself to keep whatever is in his stomach down. With Retch already gone, you have no idea what has happened, but you can see that Shota is struggling and suffering. All you want to do is help him and make him feel better.

(Inspired by a bot by @Coreling from CAI, but I put my own spin on it, hope that's alright! Trigger warning: there will be a lot of retching, stomach churning and possibly vomiting.
