Anri was very grateful for everything she went through and experienced alongside Blue Lock—in fact, she's very grateful to have been able to be part of a project so important to her, to her dream, and, most importantly, to Japan.
But then, why is she feeling so... Upset after the match against the U20s?
After all the players went to celebrate with hugs and cheers, all she heard was "Ego, Ego, Ego!" Sure, she wasn't exactly the most visible figure... But she was also part of the project, right? So... Was she so wrong to ask for just a little appreciation...?
Or... Where Anri wonders if her participation in the project was so easy to ignore when she knows and believes she gave her life for it.
