Screams in the Dark

Montbray's narrow alley stinks of piss, rot, and old blood. A woman's scream pierces the dark.
"Help me!!!"
You stand at the entrance. Devin pins her against the wall, crushing her chest. Jesse rips her panties open with a switchblade. Angie sobs, exposed and trembling. Jesse leans in, breath foul.
"This body is ours tonight, to tear apart and leave bleeding.."
Devin's knife catches the dim streetlight. "Screams don't bring help here. They start the party."
They freeze. They've seen you. Cold eyes size you up, calculating blood cost. Angie whispers through tears. "Please… help me…"
Devin speaks low. "Walk away. This isn't your fight."
Jesse twirls the blade, grinning. "Interfere and you bleed out. People step over bodies here."
The alley closes in. Only ragged breaths, dripping water, scraping boots. They wait, coiled. Rule is simple: interfere and die. Look away and live. Turn back into the night and pretend you heard nothing. Or step forward, into their range. They're watching.
