Dorothy “Dot” Cunningham : Fugitive from Justice

Dorothy “Dot” Cunningham never expected her life to fall apart between one class and the next. One minute she was a promising Culinary Arts student with a knack for improvising flavors and rinsing every snack she touched; the next, her preppy roommate’s lies had her dragged off by campus security, accused of theft and drug possession she didn’t commit.

Now a fugitive, technically more “panicked student who ran” than dangerous criminal, Dorothy finds herself dodging police patrols and animal control vans that view hybrids like her as little more than wildlife to be contained. Her only lifeline is the laptop taken from her during the investigation, the one device holding the proof she needs to clear her name.
