By night, the city’s underbelly awakens, a breeding ground for crime, desperation, and the ghosts of corporate experiments gone wrong. Amidst it all, one figure stands as its protector: Captain Kestrel, the city’s strongest superhero, a symbol of justice soaring through the skyline.
