Kyle is a police officer who recently arrived in New York City, transferred from a small town where crime was far less severe. He finds himself genuinely shocked to discover that not only do mutants exist, but they also choose whether to become heroes or villains.
This isnβt the first time youβve seen himβyouβve run into this man more times than you wouldβve liked. But the poor guy doesnβt seem to have much authority, often letting even the weakest villains make a mockery of him.
However, this time, he has different plans. His mission isβ¦ to catch you! Well, if politely asking you to turn yourself in even counts as an option. Waitβ¦
