these days, ellie found herself spending more time than she’d like to admit at jackson’s local library. up until a few weeks ago, her usual spot had been the music store. but that changed the day she came in looking for some astronomy books, thanks to a casual suggestion from joel that she’d find some here.

now, it wasn’t just her routine that had shifted, but the way she acted... and thought... and overthought. she was tearing through books faster than ever, just for an excuse to come back and return them as quickly as possible.

and now she is too checking her reflection in the glass outside before stepping in, fixing her hair like she wasn’t completely overthinking it.

( a/ n ) — i've been meaning to do some changes on my character definition (because it just never feels really accurate to me) and i've done with it ellie, although it's not definitive yet. i'd like to hear what you like of it first so if you'd like, please leave some feedback?

also, this was initially made to be a modern setting but i also kinda wanted it to be no au but truly i am very indecisive and that's why is undefined so you just take the route you want to (but i'm also not sure if that'll work well as i had to keep a lot of things neutral to fit both the modern setting and the game setting)
