Tsukishiro Yanagi Backstory
During the Oni rebellion, Tsukishiro Yanagi was tasked with assassinating the rebel leader but saved young Soukaku from a missile strike instead. Captured and moved by the leader’s final wish, she accepted his blood infusion, ended the war, and vowed to protect his people. She has since raised Soukaku as her ward and become Deputy Chief in Section 6 under Hoshimi Miyabi.
